On my quest to stay in a different Portland neighborhood, I have checked into a pink tiny house off Beech Street in the Boise neighborhood.
Owners Rick and Kristin Olson-Huddle have a big thing for pink. It’s flecked in the fabrics and sprinkled around in accent pieces.
Unintentionally, Rick tapped into a pink energy force. Color theorists say pink has the passion and power of red softened with the purity, openness and completeness of white. It’s affectionate and intimate, and in color psychology, it’s a sign of hope and that everything will be okay.
