Randy Woodman with Escape says each tiny home comes with nearly everything found in a traditional home.
“We talk to a lot of people who are getting ready to retire,” Woodman said.
The smallest at 160 square feet goes for $46,000. Home Show organizers say from camping to downsizing to retirement, the homes are getting more and more popular.
“People really like the idea of the freedom of a simplified life,” Cristian Moore with the Denver Home Show said.
